History
The Monday Night Meal began in 2009 with a commitment to providing free, homemade, nutritious meals alongside fellowship and community connection.
Impact
As the need grew, the program expanded to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Chaska. Today, Monday Night Meal serves around 17,000 meals in 2025 to individuals and families, offering complete to-go meals crafted with care and devotion.

How many meals can I have?
We do not limit meals per person, but we are unable to serve additional guests once we have run out.
Do you offer a dine-in option?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are a takeaway meal program, and we encourage you to enjoy your meal wherever you feel most comfortable.
Do you deliver meals?
At this time, we have reached full capacity for meal delivery.
Are you open every Monday?
We operate 44 Mondays each year. Any important updates will be posted here and on our Facebook page, giving you advance notice to make other arrangements as needed.
